The Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management’s (DHSEM) Ricardo Lafosse spoke at Argyle’s 2017 Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Leadership Forum in Chicago. As the Chief Information Security Officer under the Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Lafosse provides strategic information security leadership for the second largest county in the United States.
